01Who we are

Built for the people who are audited on what they own.

Sifiso Holdings began with a register nobody could stand behind. Twenty years on, we build the systems that let municipalities, utilities and lenders stand behind theirs.

01The story

From one register to an operating system.

In 2006 a metropolitan municipality asked us to fix an asset register that had failed its audit for the third consecutive year. The problem was not the numbers. It was that no number could be traced to the ground.

We rebuilt it component by component, with a coordinate on every line. That discipline — spatial first, defensible by design — became the firm, and then became MERIDIAN™.

Today the same platform holds the registers, rolls and frameworks of 27 institutions, from district municipalities to commercial banks.

02Values

Four rules we do not bend.

  • 01

    Defensible by design

Every figure we publish is traceable to a survey, a drawing or a transaction. If it cannot be audited, it does not leave the building.

  • 02

    Spatial first

An asset without a location is a rumour. We index everything — registers, valuations, budgets — to the ground it stands on.

  • 03

    Institutional memory

Our clients outlast their officials. We build systems that remember, so that decisions compound instead of resetting.

  • 04

    Restraint

We do not decorate. Signal over noise, in our reports, in our platform and on this page.
