Sifiso founded the firm on a single observation: municipalities were being audited against registers nobody could stand behind. Twenty years later that observation is a platform.

He has led asset management programmes for four metropolitan municipalities and advised National Treasury on the componentisation standards now embedded in GRAP 17 practice notes.
